long waiting times elevator graffiti
the staff in the executive lounge were helpful and attentive .
I found the lifts inadequate for the size of the hotel. Waiting times were long. there was graffiti in the elevator near my room. it looked neglected.

rainfall shower diverse selection friendly concierge
i stayed in a beautiful king room it had a rainfall shower it was amazing the minibar included water and juice. the breakfast buffet was great i especially liked the pastries the fruit selection was diverse. the staff were always there to help the concierge was very friendly he gave me directions to nearby attractions.
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours it caused minor delays
